If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Any issues beyond the 30 days we will work with you on a case to case basis.

How to Return

Email us at shipping@idayog.com and we will respond you within two business days. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or paypal account used for purchase. Ida Yog is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized products, e-gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable. If the return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. After processing your request a credit will automatically reflect to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds typically take around 5-7 working days from the time you receive an email notification informing about the same.

Personalized Items

Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.
